Take your brush lettering to the next level with this 3-week bouncy brush calligraphy course, taught live online via Zoom.

This course is a wonderful opportunity to slow down, practise with intention, and really develop a more expressive, flowing bouncy style.

Saturday 14th March: 1:00-2:30pm
Saturday 21st March: 3:00-4:30pm
Saturday 28th March: 3:00-4:30pm

Designed for those who already know the basics of modern calligraphy, this course will help you build confidence with bounce, movement and rhythm in your lettering.

Over three sessions, you’ll learn how to:

• Add variation, flow and personality to your letterforms

• Improve spacing, rhythm and consistency

• Create beautiful bouncy words and phrases with confidence

Each session includes guided practice, live feedback, and a calm, supportive creative space to learn and grow.

We’ll also finish each class with a relaxing mini project and some simple background doodles to help you unwind - so feel free to bring your colourful pens along too.

Replay access is included in case you’d like to revisit the lessons or cannot attend live.

Recommended tools

To get the most out of the sessions, I recommend having:

• A small tip brush pen (Pentel Brush Sign Pen or Tombow Fudenosuke)

• A smooth practice pad (Rhodia dot pad in A5 or A4)

• Plain paper or blank cards for the mini projects
