Beginners Christmas Brush Calligraphy Workshop - The Art House, 34 Grove Road, Eastbourne, BN21 4TR.

Join me for a festive and creative evening at The Art House Café in Eastbourne, exploring the relaxing art of modern brush pen calligraphy.

This workshop is designed for complete beginners who’d love to switch off for a couple of hours and create something beautifully personal. You’ll learn how to use brush pens with confidence as you explore the fundamentals of modern calligraphy in a friendly, encouraging setting.

We’ll start with simple warm-up exercises to get comfortable with the brush pens, before moving on to forming letters, connecting words, and creating festive phrases ready for Christmas.

Once you’ve found your rhythm, I’ll guide you through designing your own hand-lettered Christmas cards, envelopes, and gift tags, complete with seasonal doodles like leafy branches, berries, and little festive flourishes to make your work extra special.
